OVERVIEW
Balenciaga’s 24/7 TOTE is a white canvas tote designed for unisex adult use. Its spacious silhouette combines a refined logo finish with practical proportions, offering a polished interpretation of everyday carry.
Crafted in white canvas and fabric, this Balenciaga tote features a logo/monogram pattern and a matching white canvas interior. Black canvas handles create a crisp contrast, while silver-tone hardware adds a restrained metallic accent. The drawstring closure gathers the opening for an adjustable finish. Measuring 36cm x 20cm x 30cm, it can be carried by the handles, with a 35cm handle drop, or worn with the strap, which has a 68cm drop.
The 24/7 TOTE suits everyday styling, with enough structure and room for work, office, shopping and travel routines. The contrasting black straps offer a defined carrying detail against the white body, while the extended strap drop allows a more relaxed shoulder carry. Its unisex design makes it a versatile choice for city days, daily errands and casual professional settings.
Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the unique nature of the items sold, most products will be marked as finale sale. and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
- Normal signs of use for preowned and vintage items are common and to be expected, and will not result in a refund.
Orders may take between 3-21 days for delivery. If an order is taking too long, please reach out to our Customer Experience team via the "Contact Us" form. Orders may be delayed due to various reasons, but we'll help to check on your order for you!
We currently accept debit card/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. Please stay tuned for more payment methods like Klarna & Afterpay.

Please make any call outs regarding an item within 3 business days of receiving your item. We cannot honor any call outs after the 3rd business day.
For purses and bags, you may purchase an authentication certificate from our trusted partner, Entrupy. Note that we currently only offer this service for handbags.
Please don't forget to include your product order or product name under NOTES when you purchase Entrupy separately, so we can correctly apply the service to your purchase.
If your order is not a bag or the brand/model is not supported for authentication by Entrupy, and you believe your item to be inauthentic, please have a third party authentication service provide a certificate noting the item is inauthentic. We will provide you with a refund if the item is indeed inauthentic!
Please note that authentication from other marketplaces/platforms that deem the item as 'believed to be inauthentic,' or similar language, does not constitute as a third party authentication certificate, and will not be accepted by our CX team. Please reach out to accredited authentication services that are able to provide certificates of authenticity/inauthenticity.
Authentication callouts must also be made within 3 business days of receiving your item. Items with a 'Verified Seller' tags MUST NOT be removed if the product's authenticity is in doubt. If the tag is removed we can no longer honor any requests to verify authenticity, or honor any third party authentication, regardless of the third party's findings. We will also not be able to review for a return or refund, no matter the circumstance.
