The $2024 Olympic Game Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.

ELIGIBILITY: The $2024 Olympic Game Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older and who are registered as a ShopShops user. Employees, officers or directors of ShopShops (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Contest PERIOD: The Contest begins on 7/26/2024 at 00:00:00 Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 8/9/2024 at 23:59:59 ET (the “Contest Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period:

During the Contest Period, eligible persons can enter the Contest by playing the $2024 Olympic Game by going to https://tally.so/r/mOPExk and completing and submitting the answers to three questions (collectively, the “Submission”). If you have not registered on ShopShops, you can register on the ShopShops iOS app or website at m.shopshopslive.com. You must be a registered ShopShops user to participate. Limit one (1) Submission per person. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Entrants may also be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion if Sponsor reasonably suspects that Submissions are completed using any source other than legitimate gameplay. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The correct answers to the three questions are determined by the results the 2024 Paris Olympics Survey (the "Survey") with 452 participants, conducted by ShopShops from 7/10/2024 at 00:00:00 Eastern Time (“ET”) to 7/24/2024 at 23:59:59 ET. All Submissions will be reviewed by Sponsor.

• For the first question, one hundred points will be awarded to the player for each correct answer submitted that were in the top three according to the Survey (i.e. if the player submitted 2 answers that were in the top three answers, they would receive 200 points). Additionally, for the first question, one hundred points will be awarded to the player for each correct answer submitted in the right ranking order according to the Survey results (i.e. if the second answer a player provides is the second most popular answer among the Survey results, the player earns 100 points). Question 1 total earnable points is 600 (300 for correct answers, 300 for correct ranking order).

• For the second question, one hundred points will be awarded to the player for each correct answer submitted that were in the top three according to the Survey (i.e. if the player submitted all 3 of the top three answers, they would receive 300 points). Additionally, for the second question, one hundred points will be awarded to the player for each correct answer submitted in the right ranking order according to the Survey results (i.e. if the second and third answer the a player provides is the second and third most popular answer among the Survey results, the player earns 200 points). Question 2 total earnable points is 600 (300 for correct answers, 300 for correct ranking order); and,

• For the third question, one hundred points will be awarded to the player for each correct answer submitted that were in the top three according to the Survey (i.e. if the player submitted none of the top three answers, they would receive 0 points). Additionally, for the third question, one hundred points will be awarded to the player for each correct answer submitted in the right ranking order according to the Survey results (i.e. if the first, second and third answer a player provides is the first, second and third most popular answer among the Survey results, the player earns 300 points). Question 3 total earnable points is 600 (300 for correct answers, 300 for correct ranking order).

Maximum score is 1800 points (600 points in the first question, 600 points in the second question, and 600 points in the third question). Players rankings will be based on the highest cumulative score. The top eight (8) players with the highest ranking will win the Contest. As a tiebreaker, in the event that more than 8 players have tied top scores, Sponsor will randomly select eight winners from all of the tied highest ranking players. In the event that there are less than 8 submissions with a point a value, the Sponsor will randomly select winners from all eligible submissions to ensure 8 winners are selected.

Attend the MuMu's live TOKYO🇯🇵: $2024 GIVEAWAY ANNOUNCEMENT + CHANEL AND DIOR PIECES ON SALE on 8/13/2024 9pm ET for the winner announcement. Winners will be notified via the provided contact method shared with Sponsor when completing the Submission. If the Winner does not claim the prize and provide the Prize Claim Documents within twenty-four (24) hours, an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible participants. Any alternate winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to accept the prize and complete the Prize Claim Documents, before another potential alternate winner is selected. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

PRIZES: $2024 to spend on ShopShops will be equally divided among eight (8) winners. Each of the eight (8) winners, as outlined in "Winner Selection" above, will receive ten (10) $20 off promo codes and one (1) $53 off promo code, totally $253 in spend on the ShopShops iOS app or website at m.shopshopslive.com. No minimum spend required. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize. Limit one coupon or promo code permitted per order transaction on ShopShops. Promo codes cannot be combined or applied to prior orders, tax or shipping. No cash value. Void where prohibited. Promo codes expire October 1, 2024.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

ADDITIONAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Contest as contemplated herein. If the Contest is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Contest Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. By participating in the Contest, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York for resolution of any disputes relating to the Contest and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

DATA: By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s manner of collection and usage of any personal information you submit, all of which is subject to Sponsor’s privacy.

INSTAGRAM: By participating, you release Instagram, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
