Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of ShopShops (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
 
2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at 5pm ET and ends on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 5pm ET.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway:
  1. Follow @ShopShops_Official on Instagram
  2. Comment on the giveaway post by tagging a friend in the comments section.
Only one comment per user will be counted as an entry. A user is defined by their unique username. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ShopShops.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:
A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period using a random comment picker tool.
The winner will be announced on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 5pm ET on our Instagram Story and will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

5. Prize:
One (1) prize is available: One (1) jar of Louis Vuitton Chocolate Hazelnut and Vanilla Spread, with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $35.00 USD; One (1) jar of Louis Vuitton Coated Hazelnuts, ARV: $40.00 USD. Total prize value ARV: $75.00 USD.
Louis Vuitton is not a sponsor of or in any way affiliated with this Giveaway. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

6. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that ShopShops, anyone acting on behalf of ShopShops, and ShopShops' licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

7. Terms & Conditions:
ShopShops reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond ShopShops’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
ShopShops reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless ShopShops and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

9. Disputes:
By participating in the Giveaway, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York for resolution of any disputes relating to the Giveaway and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

10. Instagram:
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram of any responsibility from this giveaway.


By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of ShopShops, which are final and binding in all respects.
