ELIGIBILITY: PRE-LOVED DIOR MONOGRAM BOSTON BAG GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of ShopShops (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on 2023/10/12 at 03:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 2023/10/17 at 01:00 a.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

 

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period:
i. Primary Method of Entry: Complete the Primary Method of Entry by clicking "enter giveaway" within the ShopShops App or create an account and enter HERE on any mobile web browser. Maximum one (1) entry per registered user. Any attempt to enter the Primary Method of Entry more than one (1) time via multiple names, email addresses, or any other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings from Sponsor.
ii. Bonus Entries: Once you have completed the Primary Method of Entry, you can earn up to three (3) bonus entries by referring new users. To refer new users, click on the giveaway, select the share button, and copy your unique link to send to friends. For each friend that registers a first time account with ShopShops, you will earn one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of three (3) bonus entries via this method.
Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner[s] will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries and will be announced during the TOKYO🇯🇵: GIVEAWAY+MYSTERY BOX SPECIAL EVENT PART2 livestream hosted by the giveaway sponsor on 2023/10/16 at 09:00 p.m. To win, attend the designated livestream, and tap “Check in” to confirm you are ready to win. Entries will be voided if participants do not attend and check in. The Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. If you win, tap “Claim Prize” in the designated livestream. If the Winner does not claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours, an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible participants. Any alternate winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to accept the prize, before another potential alternate winner is selected. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within the designated time results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) prize is available: Pre-loved Dior Monogram Boston Bag with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $950 USD. DIOR is not sponsor of or in any way affiliated with this Sweepstakes. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

ADDITIONAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York for resolution of any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.
